The quality is consistently good; the clusters are soft and the bond holds up. Shipping to the US usually takes about a week, which is fine, but I sometimes wish it was a tiny bit faster.

I purchased the Natural Lash Clusters and the Lash Applicator Tool. The clusters themselves are lovely and gave a very natural look, which I appreciated. The applicator tool was also quite helpful for precise placement. However, when my package arrived, the applicator tool's rubber tip was slightly bent, though I managed to straighten it out. Delivery was quick, reaching me in five days. Overall, a good experience, and the product quality is high for the price, but they could probably improve their packaging for smaller items.
